This Programme offers a comprehensive learning experience- starting with a clear overview of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 and the rules incidental thereto.
The Programme will further provide a step-by-step guide on how an IC should receive, evaluate and inquire into POSH complaints. From the initial receipt of a complaint to conducting fair, unbiased inquiries in line with the principles of natural justice, every step will be covered with practical insights and real-world examples.
To aid this, we are organizing this interactive and knowledge-rich Programme, where participants will engage in discussions, case studies., and scenario-based learning to strengthen their capacity to handle POSH matters seamlessly and as per the due process of law.
